Returns, Exchange and Cancellation Policy

 

We understand that the decision to return a product is driven by compelling circumstances.

 

However, we would like to call your attention to the fact that these product(s) are from suppliers who are small-scale business houses, making them at home and in shops with little resources. As a result, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any product (unless given by the vendor in his/her own capacity).

 

To seek a return/exchange, please contact us at support@signageinfra.com within 48 hours of receiving the product. Your order number, a detailed explanation of the nature of the problem, and any relevant photographs (if the product is damaged or differs from what was purchased) must all be included in your email.

 

We will contact you after we have received and reviewed the request for return.

 

  • There will be no refunds or exchanges. Is applicable to things that are produced to order, customised, or personalised.

  • It is possible that not all products in a given category have the same return policy. The product page's returns/replacement policy should take precedence over the general returns policy for all products.

  • Returns and exchanges are not authorised for items such as inner wear (lingerie, swimwear, nappies, and so on), food and drink, or any other product that is fragile, perishable, or may have hygiene issues.

  • Buyers must return the goods in their original packaging, including any accessories, user manuals, and warranty cards.

  • Buyers or consumers must return food products in their original packaging and must not be consumed, substituted, altered, or destroyed in any manner.

  • Returns where you want the item(s) picked up from a different address can only be changed provided the new address offers pick-up service. At pick-up, your merchandise will be checked for multiple condition checks. If any of the Conditioning tests fail, the field officer may refuse to accept the return.

  • If the seller is unable to process a replacement for any reason, a refund will be sent. Please keep in mind that the Shipping & Handling charge, as well as the COD convenience charge, are non-refundable.

  • Return and reimbursement processing will be completed after a thorough investigation and verification by Signage Infra Personnel, and will be at Signage Infra's exclusive discretion.

Cancellation Policy

The order may be cancelled if the vendor does not send the ready stock product.

  • For made-to-order products, there is no cancellation option unless the seller does not accept the order within the 2-working-hour acceptance window.

  • The seller has not shipped the order by the agreed-upon shipment date.


 

Disclaimer:

Please acknowledge receipt of your product at the time of delivery, and if the packaging appears to be tampered with or open, please make a note of it on the acknowledgment receipt, as well as provide us with your comments/feedback, preferably with pictures, so that we can initiate appropriate action after an investigation/enquiry at our level. Please bear in mind that if you do not disclose tampering/open packaging, etc. in the first instance, we will be unable to accept your return/ exchange/ refund claim at a later point.

Shipping Policy

We currently deliver across India and have worked with a trustworthy logistics partner to ensure consistent delivery of non-perishable supplies across cities.

 

Another logistics partner can pick up your perishable products from the vendor and personally deliver them to you (this service is currently only available inside the Tri-City Chandigarh). We make every effort to avoid shipment delays, but unforeseen events do occur.

 

Shipping Time

 

  • Because we work with homepreneurs and small businesses, many of our products are made to order, so the shipping period/lead time for each product varies. The same thing is seen on each product page.

  • When the product is ready for shipment, the seller notifies our delivery partner, and it is picked up for delivery.

  • Non-perishable products are shipped on all business days (Monday through Saturday), except Sundays and holidays.

 

Shipping Charges

For non-perishable items delivered Pan-India

Shipping costs would be determined by the order value from a single vendor, as well as whether or not the seller offers free shipping on the products.


 

The following are the delivery rates for any products that are not offered for free shipment by the sellers:

  • Shipping rates for orders less than Rs. 500 (from one seller) would be computed on an individual basis based on delivery distance and product weight/volumetric weight.

  • Prepaid orders with a value between Rs. 500 and 2000 (from one vendor) will be charged a flat delivery fee of Rs. 100*. All COD (Cash on Delivery) orders would be subject to a Rs. 50* convenience fee.

  • For prepaid orders worth more than Rs. 2000 (from a single merchant), shipping is free. All COD (Cash on Delivery) orders would be subject to a Rs. 50* convenience fee.


 

For perishable items delivery in Chandigarh Tri-City (Chandigarh, Moahli, Panchkula, Zirakpur, Kharar)

Shipping costs would be computed at the time of checkout based on the distance travelled and the amount of items purchased.

 

Shipment Delays

If your shipment is delayed, please contact us at support@signageinfra.com and include your order number.

 

In the unfortunate event that your package has been misplaced or lost in transit, we can either resend the order to you (assuming the same products are still in stock), or we can give you a credit note, or we can give you a full refund.

Please ensure that the package is not tampered with during delivery. If you see anything out of the ordinary, please note it on the Proof of Delivery provided to the courier provider. This would assist us in delivering quick resolutions in the case of a dispute.
